@@SkiingFiddler I understand now thanks
Looking forward to seeing you soon! And, can't wait to hear these tunes!!!
I run the audio output from my mini Mac through a Marantz tube amp, to Klipsch tower speakers at home, my turntable runs through same system, no CD player in the house. Otherwise use streaming in the cars.
Thanks for the update, Andy! It will undoubtedly be worth the wait, and we all appreciate the care and attention to detail you are putting into the project. In answer to your question, I'm a CD person, no music streaming services. CDs in the car, or loaded onto the laptop.
wonderful
beautiful playing!
thanks so much!
Love playing this! Really enjoyed your variations, and the nice tempo... made me like it more! :D
Luke Thomasson heard that.
Very cool project here! It’s Tricia Mentor, Will’s sister, here from Denver. We met as we shot you band for Denver Loft Sessions in 2015 😊 I’d love to send you the full show and BTS pictures I took. 🎻
Heck yea, awesome! You can get me at andyreinerfiddle@gmail.com - thanks!
Nice! How far did you have to hike just to get to the trailhead last year?
something like 2ish miles?
Promo SM
Thank you🎉 I love your dorkiness, almost matches mine😅
6 -Fair Counting to 8 was not as easy I've been playing a year and a half❤
Man if you ski as good as you fiddle, you are a total ACE
Tank your for your nice Playback, very good
Yup I just needed my pony fix. Now i can get out my fiddle cause I know what I wanna sound like. I guess I posted the last mesg too. Lol I'm an addict
Loved your rendition and groove on this tune. Such a pleasure to listen to. Hard to keep my feet still. I might try my feet at stepdancing to it.
thanks so much!
Yep the Suzuki Violin School works great on Electric Violin too as it's designed to be played like a Standard Violin
you taught me how to play Catharsis
Oh this looks like a gem of an adventure. I am presently researching and came across your very fine video. You captured the majesty, the melifluous arcing turns, as well as some choice suffering and extreme tiredness. All important parts of any mountain mission. Strong work! I am debating whether to try the car to car from Brewer Creek TH if and when it becomes accessible this Spring, or making camp somewhere at the bottom of the open expansive slopes. You have thoughts regarding these two planz? Again, nice job on the video. You captured it.
We camped at the car, and above treeline in the rock moraine campsites. I always find the forest service folks and the Fifth Season have most of the answers for current conditions.
Yep. No more excuses. I'm getting a fiddle and learning how to play this.
That's one happy tune! I never get tired of hearing the way you play it. Thanks
hi its me tejas who met you in airport
hope you like my music! have fun! great to meet you.
John Sheahan would approve
🎻👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Love your playing!
Thank you so much Kaila! Keep your eye out for a new solo album this late spring!
Playing along with the Bodhran. We sound great together by the way. 👍
Bless your heart for respecting the tune, rather than using it to showcase your chops. By my definition, this is virtuosity.
Agree! :D
Get gnomed
How can I give a little kick?

Mighty fine ❤
Hey Hey! I’m a friend of Brett’s from PA…you do online lessons privately?
Sure thing! Hmu andyreinerfiddle@gmail.com or poke Brett!
Same!
Honestly this sound like a playback
Awesome
That was fun!!!!!🎉❤😅
I started playing the violin a few years ago,in my retirement. I thought I was doing good, but I just realised that I know nothing, what a sound, and beautiful playing.
Very beautiful song and play =] God Jesus bless you man.
❤ BEAUTIFUL
So that's what the Whomp looks like irl. EPIC!!!!
Beautiful song
Very nice! Almost no wasted movement :D
Thanks but perhaps the wrong instrumentation
Sorry the octave mandolin couldn't give you the vibes you were looking for. What is your ideal instrumentation?
So, in my middle school (age 11-13) we were given the choice between learning a musical instrument or joining the chorus. Participation required. I chose to sing. But every time I watch something like this, I wish I’d learned to play instead.
It's never too late!
Harold and Maud.
But what’s really weird is I don’t remember posting here, or even watching. Got a little brain injury, me.
Nice.....
Great playing. Thanks for both versions. Where did you learn to play ?
from my fiddling Dad, Dave Reiner, many fiddle camps, Berklee College of Music, and now we share fiddling at Fiddle Hell Online and Fiddle Hell Massachusetts!
Haste to the Wedding (variation) by David Kaynor & the jig tune Out on the Ocean?
the best backing track so far
